Cool breezes brought refreshment and warm sunshine welcomed winter as autumn gave way to the new season. To promote the corporate culture, enrich employees' leisure life and strengthen the bonds between colleagues, Xinke Medical held its second fun sports games on November 5.
More than seventy employees of the company took part, forming six teams named “Team Xinxin”, “Team Red Fire”, “Team Wangwang”, “Team On a Roll”, “Team Somalia” and “Team Rookie”, each shouting out their own slogans with great passion. To the strains of the sports march, everyone warmed up with a light jog, ready to battle it out on the field.
Six events were on the programme — “Penguin Relay”, “Fifty Cents and One Yuan”, “Invincible Fire Wheel”, “T-Shirt Relay”, “The Ball Rolls Ten Thousand Miles” and “Tug-of-War” — bringing together speed and skill as well as physical strength and wit. While some teams battled on the field, those waiting analysed the action and kept adjusting their tactics, racking their brains to gain even a single second of advantage; amid wave after wave of cheers, every team pulled out all the stops to chase the championship, and the atmosphere was tense and exciting.
After six rounds of fierce competition, “Team On a Roll” finally edged out the others to claim the championship of the fun sports games. The team members joyfully took a group photo and received the prizes awarded by the company. The other teams fell just short, but the results on the field did nothing to shake the friendships off it: everyone kept chatting about their performances with relish and offered heartfelt congratulations to the champions.
This time, Xinke Medical employees even brought their “second-generation Xinke” — their children — along to join the big company family, adding plenty of childlike fun and laughter to the day.
After a full day of competition, the company served refreshments for everyone, and the games drew to a happy close amid laughter and cheers. Throughout the event, employees from every department worked hand in hand, showing their flair on the field and gaining joy and deep friendships in return. The fun sports games not only enriched everyone's after-work life and boosted their fitness, but also strengthened team cohesion, igniting employees' passion and motivation so that they can throw themselves into their demanding work with renewed energy.
