As head of the Sales Department, Director Feng gave a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the 2025 sales work from the perspectives of market performance, business structure and system building. Over the past year, the company's overall sales scale maintained steady growth; the foreign trade segment sustained strong momentum; the number of customers and the depth of cooperation kept rising; the share of key accounts and long-term cooperation projects continued to increase; and the sales structure became increasingly sound.
On the product side, core products such as hematology reagents gradually built a scale advantage and became an important engine driving business growth. On the market side, bidding win rates, progress in platform listing and breakthroughs in key regions all delivered milestone results. On the service side, after-sales response efficiency and customer satisfaction improved in step, providing strong support for business expansion.
While fully recognizing these achievements, Director Feng also squarely addressed the issues at hand: some core products still have room to grow as demonstration cases in the domestic market; brand influence and the business collaboration mechanism need to be further strengthened; and the sales system still needs continued refinement in precision operation and professional support.

Over the past year, the company continued to ramp up production capacity building and equipment support. Infrastructure such as laboratories, warehousing and production lines was continuously improved; automation and informatization levels rose markedly; and production organization efficiency and operational stability improved significantly, providing reliable support for delivery across multiple product categories, multiple batches and high-frequency orders. At the same time, equipment availability and after-sales service satisfaction remained high, and the responsiveness and professional depth of engineering services improved further.
Director Yu stated clearly that in 2026, the department will continue to advance equipment renewal, production line renovation and technology deepening, optimize engineering resource allocation, and support higher production efficiency and stable product output with higher standards and stronger guarantees.

Centered on the company's competition strategy built on product strength, Director Hu gave a systematic report on the 2025 production and technology work, covering R&D innovation, quality management and workshop operations. He noted that scientific and technological innovation has always been the source powering the company's sustained business growth, and a key fulcrum for differentiated product competition.
Throughout the year, the R&D and technical teams kept pushing forward, advancing new product development and the optimization of existing products in parallel and making positive progress in raw-material self-sufficiency, process improvement and breakthroughs in key technologies, effectively enhancing product stability and consistency. Meanwhile, the quality management system was continuously improved, testing capabilities kept rising, and quality control deepened from “controlling results” toward “managing processes,” with total annual production volume achieving steady growth.
While summarizing the achievements, Director Hu also noted objectively that there is still room for improvement in the systematicity of the patent strategy and the standardization of execution. Looking ahead to 2026, the production and technology system will focus on improving R&D efficiency, completing the quality closed loop and strengthening front-line execution, continuing to consolidate the company's technological foundation and providing long-term, stable technical support for stronger product strength.
