To actively answer the call of social welfare, on November 12, 2025, under the leadership and careful organization of the Management Committee of the Jinpan Development Zone, the Party Branch of Zhejiang Xinke Medical Technology Co., Ltd. actively coordinated and supported the effort, handling on-site volunteer guidance, table and chair arrangement and process coordination, and successfully carried out the annual voluntary blood donation drive at the company headquarters. The event was set within the company campus, making it convenient for employees to participate nearby and ensuring that blood donor volunteers from the various enterprises completed their donations in a safe, orderly environment.
Early in the morning, the company lobby was transformed into a “love donation point”. Guided by the staff, the volunteers completed information registration, physical examination and blood collection one by one. The atmosphere at the event was warm and orderly.
The most moving part of the event was those familiar faces who keep taking part year after year. In an interview, one Xinke employee who has donated blood more than ten times in total shared: “This time I donated 400 mL, which, together with my previous donations, brings my lifetime total to 3,600 mL. Being able to help others in this way makes me feel it is truly meaningful.” It is precisely the long-term persistence and example of these employees that has gradually made blood donation a conscious act for Xinke people, and made “giving” a warm and steadfast part of the company culture.
